Editor’s Responsibilities

• Decide which manuscripts are suitable for publication based on quality, originality, and relevance.
• Treat all authors fairly and evaluate submissions without discrimination based on gender, race, religion, nationality, or political affiliation.
• Maintain confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and not use unpublished materials for personal research.
• Ensure that editorial decisions are based solely on academic merit.

Reviewer’s Responsibilities

• Assist editors in evaluating and improving manuscripts by providing objective and constructive feedback.
• Review manuscripts impartially and support their evaluation with clear arguments and evidence.
• Identify and report potential ethical issues such as plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, or citation manipulation.
• Maintain confidentiality and not use any information from the manuscripts for personal advantage.

Author’s Responsibilities

• Present research findings accurately, honestly, and without fabrication, falsification, or plagiarism.
• Confirm that the submitted manuscript is original and has not been published elsewhere or under consideration in another journal.
• Appropriately cite the works of others that have influenced their study.
• Comply with all ethical and scientific writing standards, and consent to editorial revisions that improve clarity without altering the substance of the paper.
