Peer Review Process
Every manuscript submitted to JETSI undergoes several evaluation stages to ensure quality, originality, and suitability with the journal scope. Each submission will be reviewed by at least two (2) independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. The review process focuses on originality, technical soundness, methodological rigor, clarity of presentation, and the significance of the results. The editorial decision (accept, revise, or reject) will be made based on reviewers’ comments and the overall quality of the manuscript. Accepted articles will be published online according to the journal’s publication schedule.
The following flowchart illustrates the complete peer review and publication workflow of manuscripts submitted to JETSI.

Process 1 – Initial Submission
Authors submit manuscripts through the journal system. The Editor in Chief conducts an initial screening regarding topic suitability, formatting, and basic manuscript quality. Manuscripts that do not meet the requirements may be returned or rejected at this stage.
Process 2 – Double-Blind Peer Review
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening will be evaluated by independent reviewers through a double-blind peer review process. Reviewers provide recommendations such as accepted, revised, or rejected. If revisions are required, authors must revise and resubmit the manuscript.
Process 3 – Copyediting and Layout Editing
Accepted manuscripts proceed to copyediting, typesetting, and layout editing to ensure language quality, formatting consistency, and publication readiness.
Process 4 – Publication
The final article will be published online in the scheduled issue of JETSI.
